Disengagement many times starts the first day on the job!  As employers, we typically expect our employees to come to the job with a high degree of creative excitement, however we do little to harness and align this excitement for maximum performance.  This leads to role confusion, miscommunication of expectations, and misalignment leading to costly disengagement.  The danger is that the signs of disengagement take longer to come to the surface than the disengagement itself, which affects the engagement and productivity of others within the organization.  At VisionOne we will partner with you to eliminate unnecessary disengagement through our intentional On-Boarding Process.  This process focuses on identifying the unique behaviors, motivators, personal talents/skills, and strengths of the employee and aligning them to their Key Accountabilites, Key Result Indicators, and the Organizational Strategic Objectives.  Through this process the employee will discover how to intentionally align their personal mission, vision, and values to that of the organization.  They will also learn how to communicate effectively with their manager.  Finally, they will maximize their performance through the development of a Performance Plan and Personal Development Plan.  This process can be used for new hires or existing employee who need to have a greater degree of understanding and focus on their job accountabilites.

  • 1 1/2 hour debrief with employee to establish understanding of their unique self, discover their personal mission, vision, and values, and to uncover their understanding of their role for alignment and maximization.
