Michelle Bonahoom – President
Michelle is passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of leaders! She spent the first ten years of her career applying the principles and strength-based paradigm within her own organization, resulting in an 80% reduction in turnover, 98% increase in customer referrals, and over 200% increase in productivity within 18 months. Since then, Michelle has applied her years of experience to helping organizations maximize their overall effectiveness through identifying their DNA and aligning it to the unique strengths of their employees, strategic objectives, and daily activities. She is an active advocate for excellence in talent management strategies by serving as a Chairman Club Member of Target Training International, an active member of the Minnesota Council for Quality, a speaker and partner with several CEO Roundtable groups, and a member of the Fellowship for Christian Business Women.
